Where do the jobs on Critical Crew come from?
From the public career sites of 7 data center employers, plus jobs employers post with us directly. We read each career site about once a day and only where the site's robots.txt allows it.
How do you know a job is still open?
Each day we check every job against the employer site. When a job is gone there, we mark it closed here within about a day and stop showing it in search.
Where does the pay come from?
Only from what the employer wrote in the job post. We never estimate pay for a job. When a post has no pay, we say so.
Where do I apply?
On the employer's own site. The apply button takes you straight there. Jobs that employers post with us directly can also take a quick application here, which we send to the employer by email.
Our job collector
Our collector identifies itself as CriticalCrewBot/1.0. It follows robots.txt, makes at most one request every half second or so, spreads its work across the day, and reads only public job listings. It never signs in or submits forms.
Employers: remove or correct your jobs
Tell us and we stop collecting your career site the same business day, and close every job of yours on the board. Use claim your page with your work email and reply to the link we send.
